President Benigno S. Aquino III sends his Official Presidential Message on the occasion of 18th National Urban Pest Control Week of the National Committee on Urban Pest Control [NCUPC].
The National Urban Pest Control Week, now on its 18th Year, is part of DENR's "Clean Up The World" month per Presidential Proclamation 990 and 2063, Republic Act 9003, otherwise known as the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act.
